Paula Deen's Eggs in a Nest

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Butter 4 muffin cups.
  3. Combine 4 T butter and garlic.
  4. On a cutting board, stack the phyllo sheets and cut into fourths, forming 12 squares.
  5. Cover with a damp paper towel when not in use because it dries out quickly.
  6. Crinkle one sheet into the bottom of each tin; it may tear and that's ok. Brush with butter.
  7. Add another sheet and brush with butter.
  8. Repeat a third time.
  9. Bake for 10 minutes.
  10. Carefully remove from tin and cool on rack.
  11. Beat eggs and 1 T water.
  12. Place 2 T butter in skillet and add ham.
  13. Add eggs and scramble to desired doneness.
  14. Sprinkle with cheese and stir until melted.
  15. Spoon in phyllo cups and serve.
