Cheesy Turkish Lamb Roll

  1. Cook the lamb fillet in a preheated pan for 5 minutes, remove from pan and allow to rest covered in aluminium foil.
  2. Spread the roll with tomato chutney, and top with slices of hot lamb and lettuce greens.
  3. Drizzle with cream cheese sauce, and serve while still warm.
