Mel's Bailey Irish Cream Cheese Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 5 ounce. bar good quality lowfat milk chocolate, melted
- 1 1/2 pound cream cheese
- 2/3 c. powdered sugar
- 4 lg. Large eggs
- 1/3 c. Bailey's Irish Cream
- 4 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- Crust: Combine crumbs, melted butter and sugar.
- Press it up sides and bottom of a greased 9 inch springform pan and chill.
- Pie: Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Add in Large eggs one at a time.
- Add in the chocolate and the remaining ingredients.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
- Open oven door and turn off oven.
- Cold to room temperature.
