Grilled Lemony Garlic Salmon

  1. Gently rub lemon salt on salmon fillet on both sides.
  2. Set aside to marinade.
  3. Chop garlic, basil, parsley and chillie.
  4. Grate lemon zest.
  5. Combine garlic, pepper, basil, parsley, lemon zest and chillie (if used) in a bowl, mix well.
  6. Place ingredients on a piece of foil in this order: 1/2 tsp butter, salmon, garlic mixture and other half butter.
  7. Preheat grill to approximately 400F.
  8. Wrap fish in foil, seal edges as tightly as possible.
  9. Place fish on grill folded side down for approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
  10. Turn foil pack over and open the foil, squeeze juice of 1 lemon wedge.
  11. Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
  12. Test for doneness with a fork.
  13. Garnish with lemon wedge and serve.
