Kicked up Turkey, Spinach and Goat Cheese Burger #A1

  1. In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.
  2. Add spinach and garlic.
  3. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Heat up a grill pan over medium high heat.
  6. Spray with a non-stick spray.
  7. Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine spinach, ground turkey, egg, goat cheese, A1 sauce, salt and pepper.
  8. Form into four 3/4-inch patties.
  9. Add patties to grill and cook for 6 minutes per side or until juices run clear.
  10. Remove from heat and cover loosely with foil.
  11. While grill pan is still hot, add pineapple slices.
  12. Spray additional non-stick spray if needed.
  13. Grill pineapple for about 2 minutes on each side.
  14. Remove from heat.
  15. Lightly toast the buns on the grill.
  16. Add 1 tablespoon of mayo to the bottom of each bun.
  17. Then add the following ingredients to each bun: lettuce, turkey patty, grilled pineapple slice, tomato, onion and bun top.
  18. Serves 4.
