Lemon Magic Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Line 13x9 pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, break up cookie dough.
  4. Add lemon peel; beat with electric mixer on low speed until peel well combined.
  5. Press dough into bottom of pan.
  6. Sprinkle white chips, coconut and macadamia nuts over dough.
  7. In a small bowl stir together condensed milk, lemon juice and lemon extract.
  8. Pour over top.
  9. Back 28-35 minutes or until edges are golden brown and center is slightly glossy.
  10. Cool completely, about 45 minutes.
  11. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.
