Pink Cottage Cheese Salad Recipe

  1. Heat and cook slightly the pineapple (don't boil).
  2. Add in 1 box Jello to warm pineapple and stir till dissolved and then discontinue cooking.
  3. Place in refrigerator.
  4. When cool and syrup add in cottage cheese.
  5. Add in Cold Whip and mix together.
  6. Fold in walnuts and coconut.
  7. Pour into a bowl and place in the refrigerator to set.
  8. Triple the recipe for very large groups.
