Pink Cottage Cheese Salad Recipe
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
- 1 sm. cottage cheese
- 1 (5 ounce.) carton Cold Whip
- 1 pkg. raspberry Jello
- 1 c. minced walnuts
- Coconut (if you like)
- Heat and cook slightly the pineapple (don't boil).
- Add in 1 box Jello to warm pineapple and stir till dissolved and then discontinue cooking.
- Place in refrigerator.
- When cool and syrup add in cottage cheese.
- Add in Cold Whip and mix together.
- Fold in walnuts and coconut.
- Pour into a bowl and place in the refrigerator to set.
- Triple the recipe for very large groups.
