Russian Cornbread Recipe
- 2 c. meal (self-rising)
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. cream corn
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. onion, minced
- 3 warm peppers, minced
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Put into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees.
