Low Fat Wholesome Banana Bread

  1. mash bananas
  2. beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. mix wet ingredients and add the dry ones.
  4. pour into greased loaf/cake pan at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
  5. cool and slice.

bananas, whole wheat flour, egg whites, palm sugar, baking soda, salt, olive oil
