Hot Crab Hors D'oeuvres Recipe

• 1 can crab meat or possibly fresh crab meat, shredded
• 1 sm. onion or possibly scallions
• Few drops Tabasco sauce
• 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• Healthy pinch of salt

1. Cut crusts off sliced egg bread.
2. Cut into squares.
3. Spread mix on bread.
4. Place on cookie sheets.
5. Broil till brown and bubbly.
