Tequila Corn and Black Bean Salsa

  1. Heat coconut oil in a small skillet.
  2. Add corn to skillet and cook for 2 minutes, then add black beans.
  3. Stir beans and corn and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add cilantro and tequila and cook until the liquid has reduced by half.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite tacos.
