Pine-Orange Cream
- 1 (40 g) packetorange instant pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cream, whipped
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 5 coconut macaroons, crushed
- Cointreau liqueur or Grand Marnier
- Empty contents of packet into a large bowl, whisk in the milk and set aside for a few momonets to partially set.
- Stir cream, macaroons & pineapple through along with a little liqueur.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- ( For Che-Berry flavour, use strawberry pudding, strawberries and crushed meringue with cherry Heering or Cherry Brandy liqueur).
