Salmon Caesar Casserole Recipe
- 6 ounce. caesar salad croutons
- 1 pound can red salmon, flaked
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can mushroom soup
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk and soup.
- Stir in croutons, flaked salmon, green pepper and onion.
- Pour into a buttered baking dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till set in center.
- Approximately 8 servings.
