Vickys Fruit Puree Ice Lollies, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free
- 130 grams hulled strawberries
- 1 mango, peeled & stoned
- 130 grams blackcurrants
- 3 kiwi fruits, peeled
- 2 1/2 tsp icing sugar
- Put the fruits seperately through a blender with half a tsp of icing sugar each until smooth, add a little water if mix is too thick.
- Kiwi needs 1 tsp
- Spoon into yogurt pots or ice lolly moulds until 2 thirds full.
- If using a yogurt pot you need something to use as a lolly stick though you can buy packs of these cheaply.
- Freeze overnight and remove from moulds by running them under warm water until loose
