Veal And Pork Stroganoff With Sauerkraut Recipe

  1. Saute/fry the onions in butter till golden brown.
  2. Add in the meat and brown lightly.
  3. Add in the sauerkraut and wine.
  4. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
  5. Add in lowfat sour cream and caraway seed.
  6. Simmer 30 min longer.
  7. Serves 4.
