Roasted Spiced Cauliflower with Tomatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F degree.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and plum tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, cumin seeds, turmeric, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Spread cauliflower florets evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast about 25 to 28 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
  6. Serve warm.
