Pepper Jack Mac n Cheese
- 375 grams Macaroni
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Plain Cream Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Chopped
- 2- 1/2 cups Mixed Grated Cheddar And Monterey Cheese
- Boil water and cook the macaroni.
- In the meantime, heat milk over medium heat.
- Add cream cheese and stir until dissolved.
- Add flour and whisk continuously until milk gets thicker.
- (You must stir, otherwise it wont thicken and the milk will burn onto the pot.)
- Once thick, add jalapeno and grated cheese.
- Stir until cheese melts.
- In a casserole dish, toss in cooked macaroni.
- Add the cheese sauce and stir until its all mixed thoroughly.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper, and top with more jalapenos!
