Tabil Recipe

  1. Combine coriander seed, garlic, caraway seed, and crushed red pepper flakes and grind.
  2. Spread out onto a baking tray and dry in a low oven (200 degrees F) for about 1 hour.
  3. Cool, then grind again to a fine powder.
  4. Add Ras el Hanout (optional).
  5. Store in an airtight jar up to 4 months.
