Moms Beef Loaf
- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 cups Dry Breadcrumbs
- 2 whole Beaten Eggs
- 1 can 8 Oz. Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 cups Chopped Onion
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Green Pepper
- 1 pinch Sage
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1/2 jars Peach Or Apricot Preserves
- 3/4 cups Chili Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
- Mix glaze ingredients together and set aside.
- Combine meatloaf ingredients and mix well.
- Shape mixture into a loaf in baking dish.
- Top with glaze.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
