cheesecake-stuffed peaches

• 6 peaches , halved & pitted
• 1/4 cup butter melted
• 3 tbsp cinnamon sugar
• 1 half 8oz package cream cheese softened
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

1. perheat oven to 350
2. line 15x10x1 inch baking pan with parchment paper
3. on a sheet of foil butter both sides of peaches & sprinkle both sides with cinnamon sugar set aside
4. in a med.
5. bowl mix all other ingredients .
6. spoon cream cheese mixture into centers of peaches
7. baked uncovered for 30 mins or until lightly browned & softened
8. serve warm alone or with vanilla ice cream..
