deep fried pepper rings

  1. cut peppers into thick rings throw away seeds and stems
  2. preheat deep fryer to 375
  3. mix all dry ingrediants in a large bowl and add water gradually stiring until a batter is formed
  4. dip pepper rings in batter and shake excess off
  5. add to fryer one at a time so that they don't stick to each other and fry till golden brown and crispy
  6. drain on paper towels and serve
  7. open a cold beer and enjoy
