Chicken Bacon Wraps
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 medium sweet onion
- 14 cup jalapeno
- salt
- onion powder
- creole seasoning
- dill
- tortilla
- 1 12 cups shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- cooking oil, of choice
- Oil pan or flat iron.
- Place chicken on pan on medium heat.
- Season with salt, dill, onion powder and creole seasoning.
- Cook til no longer pink on inside.
- Cook bacon at the same time to desired crispness.
- Slice onion and dice jalapenos.
- Saute.
- Cube chicken and dice bacon.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Melt butter in pan.
- Place tortillas on pan long enough to get hot.
- Remove from pan to plate.
- Fill tortillas with desired amount of filling (not too full or you cant fold it).
- Add cheese.
- Fold tortillas and place in pan.
- Crisp on all sides.
- Serve with ranch on the side.
