MIRACLE WHIP, Kale & Apple Potato Salad

• Dressing:
• 1-1/2 cups MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
• 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
• 4 tsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
• Salad:
• 2-1/2 qt. red new potatoes, cooked, cooled and quartered
• 2 qt. coarsely chopped kale
• 2 cups apples, chopped
• 1 cup red onions, thinly sliced

1. Dressing: Mix ingredients until blended.
2. Salad: Combine remaining ingredients.
3. Add dressing mixture; mix lightly.
4. Keep refrigerated.
