Barbecue Baked Potatoes

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
  2. Scrub the potatoes under warm water, then prick them with a fork.
  3. Brush them with the melted butter, then sprinkle them with Neelys Barbecue Seasoning, place them on a baking sheet, and bake for 1 hour, until they are soft but not overcooked.
  4. Let the potatoes cool for about 15 minutes (until they are cool enough to handle), and then cut them in half lengthwise.
  5. Heat the meat and Neelys Barbecue Sauce in a small saucepan or in the microwave until warmed through.
  6. Top the potato halves with a 1/4 cup of the barbecued meat, and garnish with additional butter, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chives, as desired.
