Chilaca Chile Snack

  1. Tear or cut the chiles lengthwise into thin strips.
  2. Place in a medium bowl and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Set aside for the flavors to meld, about 30 minutes.
  4. Just before serving, stir thoroughly.
  5. Serve at room temperature.
