Date and Strawberry Porridge
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 1 3/4 cups quick-cooking oats
- 8 fresh dates, pitted and sliced
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 100g PHILADELPHIA Strawberry Light Cream Cheese
- Extra milk, to serve
- Toasted nuts (pecans, pistachio, almonds), to serve Rite Aid Buy 1 Get 1 Free thru 02/06
- Place water, milk, oats, dates and sugar into a large saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring often, until oats are cooked.
- Stir in the Philly* until smooth.
- Serve porridge with extra milk and topped with toasted nuts.
