Garlicky Parmesan-Garbanzo Skillet
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
- 2 plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded fresh basil
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- Heat 2 Tbsp.
- oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until onions are crisp-tender.
- Add beans to skillet; cook 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Spoon onto serving plate.
- Top with tomatoes and basil.
- Drizzle with remaining oil; top with cheese and pepper.
