  1. CHICKEN: Combine the flour and cracker crumbs, season the chicken breasts with salt and white pepper, and roll then in the mix.
  2. Saute/fry till golden.
  3. Place breast on ham slice.
  4. Coat with sauce and serve.
  5. GRAPE SAUCE: Combine the first 7 ingredients and bring to a boil.
  6. Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch dissolved in a little cool water.
