Island Chicken (Rican style)

• 1 Adobo all-purpose seasoning
• 1 Sazon
• 1 vegetable oil
• 1 sofrito
• 1 tomato sauce
• 1 ground cumin
• 1 chicken bouillon cube
• 1 water
• 1 peeled white potatoes
• 1 onion

1. Soooo okkk... lol I season the chicken with adobo and Sazon..then put oil in a pot put the chicken in and cover it
2. Turn it until chicken cooked add tomato sauce sofrito ground cumin a cube of chicken bouillon another pack of Sazon and some water.....
3. Cut up 2 potatoes add to pot and add some onion put fire on low and let cook until potatoes are soft and the sauce thickens
