Cappuccino Truffles

• 2 tbsp. instant coffee
• 2 tbsp. orange juice
• 2 tbsp. brandy flavoring
• 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
• 3 cups chocolate wafers, crushed
• 1 cup pecans, chopped
• 2 tbsp. orange peel
• 2 tbsp. cocoa
• 2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
• Coconut, to coat

1. Dissolve coffee in combined juice and flavorings.
2. Gradually add to marshmallow creme with mixer.
3. Add crumbs, pecans and peel.
4. Shape into 1-inch balls.
5. Roll half of balls in combined cocoa and confectioner's sugar.
6. Roll remaining balls in coconut.
