Crock-Pot Sheep and Onions
- 1 lb sheep meat, cut into cubes
- 1 anaheim chili, seeded and diced
- 1 yellow onion, quartered
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 cups beef broth
- 14 cup sherry wine
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Add all ingredients to crockpot.
- Cook on low 8 hours.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and sour cream, or as desired.
