Creamy Lemon Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 325F (160C).
  2. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and yellow food coloring if desired.
  3. Pour into a prepared pastry shell, bake 30 minutes.
  4. Cool to room temperature and chill.
  5. Spread with whipped cream.
  6. Garnish as desired.
  7. Refrigerate leftovers.
