Barbecued Chicken Caesar Salad
- 1/2 cup Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing, divided
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- 1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- Pour 1/4 cup dressing over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate.
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
- Heat barbecue to medium heat.
- Grill chicken 5 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done (170F).
- Cut into thin slices.
- Place lettuce in large bowl.
- Add chicken, croutons, bacon, cheese and remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
