Davids Black Bean Salsa
- 1 can Black Beans, Rinsed Well And Drained
- 1 can Original Ro-tel (Do NOT Drain)
- 1 can Mexi-corn, Drained (shoepeg Corn Works Well Too)
- 2 whole Bell Peppers, Diced (You May Add More If Desired)
- 3 stalks Green Onions (scallions), Diced (You May Add More If Desired)
- 8 ounces, fluid Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- Into a mixing bowl, pour black beans, Mexi-corn and Rotel.
- Add the diced bell peppers and green onions.
- Pour in a whole bottle of zesty Italian dressing and mix well.
- This is great served with Fritos Scoops, Tostitos bite-sized chips, or any other chip that you like to dip.
- Keep refrigerated.
- Makes about 4 cups.
