Corned Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry

  1. Heat oil with salt in wok.
  2. Add cabbage, onion and apple.
  3. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add water and sugar.
  5. Cover and steam for about 10 minutes or until cabbage in still slightly crisp.
  6. Uncover and stir occassionally.
  7. Add corned beef.
  8. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  9. Cover and steam about 1 to 2 minutes or until corned beef in heated.
  10. Add soy sauce and dissolved cornstarch.
  11. Stir until slightly thickened.
