Easy Glazed Carrots w/ Basil & Orange

  1. Heat butter in a large saute pan on medium-low heat until butter turns brown.
  2. Squeeze half the orange into the pan.
  3. Add carrots.
  4. Season with sugar, pepper, and orange seasoning.
  5. Toss
  6. Saute until carrots are tender.
  7. Add a touch of olive oil if the butter gets too hot.
  8. Toss with honey.
  9. Toss with basil.
  10. Garnish with orange zest.
  11. Variations; Mustard, parsley, horseradish, brown sugar, maple, bourbon
