Hot Fried Chicken Salad

  1. Place the egg yolks, honey, mustard and vinegar in a blender and mix until well blended.
  2. Gradually add the three oils with the blender running while it all incorporates.
  3. Add the sriracha and blend.
  4. Chill well.
