A+ Apple Cheddar Skewers
- 1 medium apple, cored, seeded, and chopped into 1-inch chunks
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce 75% light Cheddar, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (I used Cabots)
- 2 decorative wooden skewers, about 10 inches long
- In a small bowl, toss the apples with the lemon juice.
- Thread a piece of the apple onto a skewer, followed by cube of cheese.
- Continue skewering the remaining apples and cheese evenly among the 2 skewers.
- Serve immediately.
