Asian Chicken And Rice Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. Mazola corn oil
- 2 1/2 lb Chicken, cut into serving pcs, (up to 3)
- 2 1/4 c. Water
- 1 pkt Lipton Rice & Sauce Herb & Butter flavor
- 1 pkt (6 ounce) frzn snow peas, partially thawed
- 1/2 c. Cashews
- Season chicken to taste.
- In large skillet, heat oil and cook chicken till done; drain.
- Remove chicken to serving platter and keep hot.
- To skillet, add in water and bring to a boil; stir in Lipton Rice & Sauce and snow peas.
- Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 min or possibly till rice is tender.
- Stir in cashews.
- To serve, arrange chicken over rice.
- Makes about 4servings.
- These two both are very quick and easy and tasty.
- Rather fun to fool around with too, for a different taste.
