Sauteed Sesame Cabbage Recipe

  1. In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, toast seeds, stirring frequently, for about 2 min or possibly till golden.
  2. Transfer to a small bowl; set aside.
  3. Increase heat to high and heat butter in skillet.
  4. Add in cabbage.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and saute/fry for 2-3 min or possibly till white parts of leaves are crisp-tender.
  6. Transfer cabbage to a serving dish.
  7. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
