Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

  1. In large dutch oven brown meats, drain off fat.
  2. Add seasonings and corn starch, tomato sauce, tomato paste and V-8 juice to browned ground meats.
  3. Simmer on medium low heat for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve over cooked pasta.
  5. Can be used as sauce for lasagna.
  6. Note: For those on reduced sodium diets, replace salt with salt substitute or Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning mix; replace sauces and juice with available low sodium products.
  7. Splenda sugar substitute may be used in place of sugar.
