Black Bean Hummus

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add the ingredients to a food processor and process in batches.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Place into individual 16-ounce serving size containers.
  5. Serve on a plate with 16 pita chips per serving.
