Breakfast Pudding Cake
- 1 cup oats
- 2 cups water
- 14 cup butter
- 14 cup canola oil
- 1 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 14 cup plain yogurt
- 1 14 cups pastry flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon clove
- 14 teaspoon sea salt
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cook oats in boiling water until tender.
- Mix in next five ingredients and beat until smooth.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and then stir into batter.
- Pour mixture into an oiled 9" square pan.
- Bake at 350 F for 55-60 minutes or until done.
