Easiest Healthy Chicken Tomato Stew/Ratatouille/Soup Ish!
- 400 g chicken thighs (or any other part you prefer)
- 1 (14 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
- 12 head cabbage, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1 large onion
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons ketchup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chicken stock
- Dump everything in a large pan.
- Cook for about an hour or so, if too dry add a little water.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- That's it!
