Moist in Mouth Melting Molasses Cookies

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 12 cup sugar
• 12 cup shortening
• 12 cup molasses
• 1 egg
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 12 teaspoon ground ginger
• 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 13 cup cold water

1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Grease Cookie sheets (for about 30 cookies).
3. Mix all ingredients well.
4. Drop mixture with spoon onto sheets about 2 inches apart.
5. Bake 8 minutes.
6. remove carefully from sheets and let cokkies cool.
