Hearty Mushroom Clam Bisque Recipe
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. dry sherry
- 2 (6 ounce.) cans chopped clams, save juice
- Dash of mace
- Blend soup, onion, lowfat milk, sherry, clams, juice and dash of mace.
- Heat.
- Serves 8.
