Spaghetti Sauce Napoli
- 1 can Tomato Puree
- 1 can Crushed Tomato
- 1/4 cup Red Sweet Wine (of choice)
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 clove Fresh Garlic (sliced thin)
- 1/4 cup Parsley
- 3 tbsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 dash Basil
- 1 dash Thyme
- 1 dash Rosemary
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Heat oil on medium in sauce pan.
- Add Garlic, saute on low until slightly golden brown.
- Add Puree and Crushed Tomato, stir.
- Add wine, stir.
- Add remaining ingredients, stir.
- Bring sauce to boil on medium heat stirring constantly.
- Cover and simmer sauce until ready to use, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over pasta.
