Savory Crockpot Stew
- 2 pounds stewing beef cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 each bay leaves
- 1 each garlic clove
- 3 each potatoes diced
- 1 each celery stalks sliced
- 2 each onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce, tamari
- 12 ounces beef stock prefer veal stock if possible
- Stir mixture of flour, paprika and pepper to coat meat in a slow cooker.
- Stir in other ingredients and mix well.
- Cover and cook on high heat for 4 to 6 hours, or on medium heat for 6 to 8 hours, or on low heat for 10 to 12 hours.
- Remove garlic glove and bay leaf before serving.
