Cheesy Chicken Dinner-in-a-Skillet
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
- 2 cups frozen cut green beans
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, cook chicken in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
- or until chicken is lightly browned.
- Stir in milk, cream cheese spread and vegetables; bring to boil.
- Cook on medium-low heat 5 min.
- or until cream cheese is completely melted, stirring constantly.
- Top with shredded cheese and stuffing; cover.
- Cook 5 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
