Blueberry Bread Pudding With Caramel Sauce

  1. Blend together milk, egg substitute, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in large bowl; set aside.
  2. Place bread cubes in bottom of lightly greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish; sprinkle with blueberries.
  3. Pour egg mixture evenly over bread mixture.
  4. Set dish in pan filled with 1-inch depth hot water.
  5. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until set.
